This has got to be the most unorganized, unprofessional business office in Reno, Nevada, and I use "business office" term very lightly. With extremely poor management leading the way for its loyal yet terribly feared employees, one would have to be on deaths door, literally, to seek assistance from this building @ 780 Kuenzli. No proper business protocol, gossip mongers wander the halls, holding their heads high in their own arrogance, having absolutely no idea they are the laughing stock of the town! How Renown's MSO Billing Department has remained in existence past year one is baffling to its customers, current and past employees and all citizens of Reno, NV. It does appear, however, changes are being made, and however, it will never be enough to undo the damage and poor reputation already in place. Do yourself and all of us a favor, let all staff go, pay for their counseling, which they will need after surviving this terrible work experience and close your doors. Take some time to figure out how to run a business, then maybe this department can re-open with a professional and organized staff.

It appears this is a billing service for Washoe Medical (Renown Medical) in Reno Nevada. They are continueing the extreemly poor service that I have come to expect from Renown's billing department. They appear to be unable to actually pick up a phone call no matter what time you call or how many time you call them. I'm not totally stupid and I do not believe they are so busy that in a six week period they cannot pick up the phone. And if they are in meetings for six weeks, they need to be replaced by someone who can perform the position they were hired for. When you ask for documentation of an invoice that gives you nothing they cannot seem to document crap. And they don't even answer your calls when you leave repeated messages on their phone system. I have adopted the stance that until they move off their dead butts and actually communicate with me, they will not ever receive a payment. Alan McIsaac
