I was very disappointed with preparation and service of my 2012 tax return and estimated tax payments. I discovered errors a few months after filing my return. I call four times, left msgs, and never received a return call. The errors necessitated my going to another accountant, submitting an amended return and paying an additional fee to have this work done.
