I own a very small business with a friend. We went here to have out business and personal taxes done. We were told that our taxes should be easy and straight forward and shouldn't be charged more than a few hrs work at a rate that was roughly 50-100 and hr. We were fine with that. My business did not turn a profit at all that year. Nor did we make much personal yet the business was charged close to $2000 for services rendered I was charged almost $400 personally and my partner and his wife were charged close to $800. Needless to say we were outraged with no help or explanation. We are forced to pay so out credit will not be effected. Stay away!!!!
