Mr. Jacobowitz is unprofessional and incompetent, in violation of his duties and obligations as required by law, as a Enrolled Agent Tax Preparer. (Note he is not a CPA). We discovered serious errors on yearly returns since 2009, which resulted in our loss of $1,000 of dollars. Our returns were very uncomplicated. When we confronted Mr. Jacobowitz, he admitted that he was lazy! He refused to accept responsibility and smirked that "we could take him to small claims court". We filed a complaint with the Department of Treasury for federal violations. We advise anyone who wants their taxes prepared accurately to avoid retaining Mr. Jacobowitz.
