Do not use this business, Risa is a fraud. My mother suffers from Alzheimer Dementia and is unable to do her tax returns. I hired Risa last year to do my mother’s tax returns. I had many email and phone communications with Risa performing all tasks that she needed to do my mother’s tax return. Everything seemed to be going well and then the communication simply stopped. I have called and emailed her many times asking to get my mother’s tax return and nothing. As far as I can tell she is a fraud and unprofessional. Do not use her.

Owner Risa Harshbarger prepared my taxes from 2004-2007 while I lived in Washington and owned my own business. In 2004 she filed an extension on my behalf while I paid a large tax due amount to the IRS pending the filings completion. The filing never occured, I moved out of State to discover a substantial IRS lien was placed on my home in Washington. After consulting with Ms Harshbarger she said she would resolve the issue with the IRS and that was the last I heard from her. I've tried repeatedly through all means to contact Ms Risa Harshbarger and although I get voice mail on her cell and work phones she has failed to return my calls forcing me to seek legal action to resolve this circumstance. I have no reason to believe there was anything wrong with my tax reporting other than my preparer's apparent failure to complete the filing.
