I was referred to Jeri by VERY qualified loan person, and took all of my documents to her, met with her as my CPA is very ill and I needed to make a change. I called her June 8th and NO return call after I reached out via email and VM. I also reached out to her assistant Jess. Jess was VERY apologtic for Jeri but all I heard was the VIRUS has the problem. I saw her emails for business operators who were using her for their applications to government for monies, etc. BUT...nothing for my tax prep. My Loan person is a highly regarded person and I have used for 2 loans, and also real estate information, referrals. I am very unhappy that I followed his lead on Jeri. She is not competent, does not communicate and I do not trust her, now. She has blocked me and I NEED MY DOCUMENTS SO I CAN HAND MY TAX INFORMATION OVER TO A COMPETENT CPA.
