Vickie Fletcher refuses to respond to and return phone calls. Cannot contact anyone in the office. Vickie Fletcher assisted with filing my taxes, notices were received from the IRS, and Vickie Fletcher refuses to help to assist in mitigating these notices, despite insisting that the money reportedly owed can be accounted for.
