- HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE CHEAT/LIAR/CONN ARTIST!!!! - - Another Victim of Elba Nunez! - 3/8/2018 - comment
This is a VERY, VERY NEGATIVE (more like A WARNING) about ANYONE dealing, submitting or even accepting a completed tax preparation service from/with/through/by Elba Nunez - the OWNER/OPERATOR of E&B Accounting! This low class, law breaking-business fronting operation should be shut down. ELBA NUNEZ purposefully misfiled and misled the IRS into having to investigate me for having an illegal child, eventhough I am a born and bred U.S. citizen, as is my child! Also, Elba Nunez cheated in ways most people would hope not to have revealed - This means she decided for me, not to report all of incomes and write offs. She basically generalized our income and placed very basic write offs instead of doing our taxes like we paid her upfront to do. Nevertheless, I am still not out a return. The issue is that we paid the ignorant beast's business during tax season BEFORE the deadline. She took our check and cashed it within two hours! Then she just DISAPPEARED, leaving us trying to make sense of the red flags we should have never missed! Red flags like her rushing the appointment and telling us that she had other clients and never completing our taxes, which is what the appointment should have resulted in. Trusting a person like that is no good! Never let your guard down! To make matters worse, please don't forget you hand over THE MOST INTIMATE DETAILS OF YOUR LIFE to a tax accountant and they continue to have access to copies and files of your personal information long after you're gone! To date: I AM STILLLLLLLLL WAAAAAIIIIITTTTING ON MY TAXES TO COME!!!! The only reason we even were able to get her to respond AFTER REFUSING TO RETURN and WITHHOLDING my paperwork, tax information and documentation (when I practically BEGGED her to release the documents so I could at least file - and pay again - another credible accountant, or do them myself) - is because of an acquaintance of ours. I missed out on filing for important financial transactions during the year because I turned over all of our paperwork. Some of these financial concerns included special needs for our children who had to go without because we did not have our paperwork to prove income! This lady is the pits! A pure pariah. Please save yourself heartache, anguish and the like from being infected unjustifiably by her lack of professional ethics and human decency just to give the money back and let customers who are misled to continue their way. Take my advice and the advice of others and stay far, far away from this person, Elba Nunez!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY OR WOMAN ELBA NUNEZ. SHE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT FILE YOUR TAXES. CASHED MY CHECK THE VERY SAME DAY. STILL HAS NOT FILED MY TAXES SINCE MARCH OF 2017. SEE OTHER REVIEWS ON YELP AND GOOGLE.
