This person is getting old and makes too many mistakes and he expects you pay for it. Give yourself a favor and find a better tax person. As anonymous I cannot give too much detail of his unprofessional behavior but please find someone else to do your taxes. You will save money and will get better service.

I've had an ongoing problem with this business dealing with my taxes and I have called several times and I get told they will fix everything and call me and update me about everything but nothing ever gets resolved and nobody ever calls me back. These people will lie to you. This has been going on for almost a year now and it is completely ridiculous. No excuse. I asked several times to speak to David since he is the one dealing with my case and has been sending me letters, but every time I call he can't talk to me for some reason and I have to talk to his wife. I asked her why this has been going on for so long and why it hasn't been resolved yet? She replied with, "honestly it got pushed back and David has been very busy. He hasn't had time." What kind of answer is that? VERY unprofessional. I am waiting on a return from the state of California and have not been able to receive it because this office won't send the correct paperwork they need to the IRS. Because "they don't have time" I would never recommend this company to anybody. They do not care about you or your situation. Beware!
