George Allen was the trustee for the AR Baldwin Trust. After my mother died George did not work with the siblings to solve the trust.He has poor communications skills and is dishonest in his ways and means with clients. Today which is 6 years following our mother's death he has yet to submit any information to finalize the trust. He is still holding $5000 in the bank hoping the siblings will not challenge him in any way. He has not closed out the trust or submitted any papers to the Baldwin children's attorney giving a 6-year account of the trust. What is he hiding? He is dishonest to the loved ones left behind when he is the trustee.zHow long does it take to close out a trust account if you follow the laws that govern a trust?
